Willie May Seay was born March 23, 1933 to the late Jessie Seay and Charlie Mae Jones Seay in Toombs County, GA. She entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 9, 2020 at Camellia Health and Rehabilitation Center in Claxton, GA. Willie Mae had a deep yearning to serve the Lord, so she joined Green Cypress Baptist Church, Claxton, GA at an early age. Later in life she united with Simmons Temple Holiness Church Collins, GA. There she served and attended faithfully until her health failed.
She was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Randolph Woods. God blessed them with three lovely children and raised one son. Her door was opened with love. Willie Mae was preceded in death by her husband Randolph Woods, one daughter Judy Woods, her parents; Jessie Seay and Charlie Mae Jones Seay, two sisters; Eloise Seay Allen and Minnie Lee Seay Richardson Ariola, one brother Curtis Seay and one brother-in-law Johnny Woods (Shirley).
She leaves to mourn her passing one son Terry Woods (friend, Amly Clark) of Collins, GA; a daughter Rita Faye Woods (Jeronica) of Beaumont, TX and one special son James Wright of Claxton, GA; two brothers Jessie Seay, Jr. (Anna) of Boynton Beach, FL, Rev. Talmadge Seay (Ella) of Manassas, GA; two sisters Rosie Lee Seay Smith of Miami FL, Martha Elizabeth Seay Wilkerson of Claxton, GA; one special granddaughter Kyondra Polke; three aunts Bertha Whigham, Amozonna Carter and Rose Whigham, ten grandchildren, ten great-grands, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
