Mr. Wallace Lee McKever was born December 31, 1954 to the late Mr. James and Viola McKever in Tattnall County, GA. God call Wallace home to eternal rest after a short illness at St. Joseph Candler on December 7, 2022. Wallace was a man after God’s own heart. He would help anyone and nobody else would never know unless they told it. He was well known and loved in the community. Wallace was a faithful member of Bibleway Deliverance Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and life partner Barbara Ann Moore; four sisters Annette, Rossie, Catherine and Christina; three brothers S. B., Lawrence and James.
He leaves to cherish his memory two daughter Salena and Melinda both of Claxton, GA; six sons Tony, Anthony, Thomas (Geneva), Cedric, Corey and Deonta’ all of Claxton, GA; thirty-four grands and eleven great-grands; one sister Brenda and two brothers Jimmy (Edna), Tony (Lillie) McKever all of Claxton, GA; two aunts Cora Lee Hagan and Ella Oglesby Jones and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
