Slade Wayne Williams Jr.

     Slade Wayne Williams Jr., age 57 entered into eternal rest on December 1, 2020 at his home after a courageous battle with a short-term illness.  Slade attended Duval County School System and shortly after, resided in Tattnall County until his death.  He worked at Claxton Bakery for over 30 years where he met many friends.  Slade, better known as “Wayne Dayne” was well loved. He was a person that was known to make you laugh and had a fondness for music.  He was always well dressed and loved by his family and friends.

     He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. Slade Wayne Williams Sr., Mrs. Effie Mae Williams and sister Nesa Faye Williams.

      He leaves to cherish his memories, wife Denise Williams, two daughters Montineke Williams of Chesapeake, VA and Syniqua Butler of Claxton, GA; five brothers Karon Williams, Terry Williams, Daniel McFadden of Reidsville, GA, Tracy (Naomi) McFadden of Atlanta, GA and Richard (April) McFadden of Glennville, GA; one sister Patronia McFadden of Jacksonville, FL. He also leaves behind beautiful grandchildren.
