Ms. Rosemary was born on December 9, 1969, to Wallace Mincey and Lillian Walden. As an infant Rosemary was adopted by Mr. Waymon Moody and Mrs. Sallie Moody, who raised her until she was unable to live in a home environment. Her adopted parents preceded her in death.
Rosemary spent most of her adult life in assisted Living Facilities, and her younger years were spent in special education through Middle school. She leaves to cherish her memories, her biological mother and father Wallace Mincey and Lillian Walden and one sister Barbara Sally; four brothers Sylvester Moody from New Jersey, Albert Walden from Florida, Aldric Coppock from Atlanta, GA and David Lundy from Statesboro, GA. And a host of nieces, nephew, cousin and friends.
