Mr. Ronnie Berry Sr. was born on July 22, 1953, in Tattnall County to the late Nathaniel Sr. and Anna Laura Berry. He entered into eternal life on February 8, 2023. Proceeding Ronnie in his death a son Rodney Berry, brother Nathaniel Jr. and his three sister’s Shirley Ann, Mamie Lou, and Mary.
Ronnie went to school in Tattnall County and graduated from Glennville High in 1971. His occupation was a truck driver, a correctional officer and he retired from Georgia Pacific. Even after retirement he continued to work at Claxton Cold Storage until he got sick in July 2022. Ronnie was better known as Mr. B and Mr. Check My Record. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, he loved to dance, make you laugh and just simply enjoyed life. Ronnie was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church of Claxton, GA. On April 23, 1973 Ronnie joined in union with Sander Smith Berry. Through it all they stuck together until he took his transition over to be with God.
