Mr. Marvin Bernard Smith Jr. was born Oct. 2, 1991 to Mr. Marvin Smith Sr. and Ms. Joyce Williams in Evans County. He received his education in the Evans County School system. Marvin obtained his general education diploma (GED) from Wire Grass Technical College. He is preceded in death by his brother Mr. Michael Laveal Williams, grandparents Mrs. Lillie Mae Baitman (Coot), Mr. Willis Byrd, Mr. Willie James Smith (Snookee), great grandmother Mrs. Mozell Smith and other relatives.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories his father Mr. Marvin Bernard Smith Sr. from Fayetteville, NC, mother Ms. Joyce Williams from Hagan, GA; three sons Anthony Reddick (Gee), Ma’kai’ Smith (Bubba) and Marvin Smith Jr (Duffy) all of Statesboro, GA; three sisters Lutrenda (Onassis) Clay of Claxton, GA, LaDonna Williams of Jacksonville, FL, Amanda (Evan) Watson of Hagan, GA and one brother Rodney Bacon (Dee) of Savannah, GA; grandparents Mr. Eugene (Shep) Baitman of Claxton, GA and Mrs. Linda Faye Smith of Savannah, GA; a dear friend Ms. Sirial Allen of Statesboro, GA; god-sisters Jessica Nesbitt of Glennville, GA and Typhia Cosper of Claxton, GA. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Marvin desired to be an entrepreneur and had visions for several businesses that he wanted to initiate. He recently established two solid pressure washing LLCs. He hosted a back to school give away where over 100 bags of school supplies along with meals distributed to all children of Evans County. He desired this to be an annual Event.
