In keeping with the family's wishes, there will be no burial service. A private cremation will be held, and the family asks for your continued prayers and expressions of love during this time.

     Mrs. Doretha Collins Bryant was born in Claxton, GA to the late Artis and Ruby Collins on February23, 1948.  She passed into eternal rest on October 7, 2025.  Doretha graduated from Evans County High School. At an early age she joined the First African Missionary Baptist Church.

     Doretha was preceded in death by her parents Artis and Ruby Collins, a daughter Ruby Collins, her brothers Johnny L. Collins, Cedric Collins and Jessie Lee Collins.

     She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Dewey Glenn Collins (Allyson) of Atlanta, GA, Ricky Collins (Brenda) from Arizona, Lamont Harris (Marla) of Savannah, GA and Alfonzo Collins of Atlanta, GA; one brother Lee (Margie) Collins of Savannah, GA and two sisters Delores C. Lewis (Herbert) of Claxton, GA and Lutricia Byrd (Johnny) of Warner Robbins, GA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
