Missionary Aquilla Denson Branch was born on December 21, 1954 in Claxton, GA. On December 9, 2020 she departed this life and transitioned to eternal life. Aquilla attended Evans County School System.
In 1975 she married Theron Mincey and to this union four children were born. She worked for the Claxton Manufacturing for many years and later moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL for 20 years. Aquilla touched the lives of many people in a special and unique way.
Aquilla was preceded in death by her father Pastor Fred Denson and mother Pastor Toledieth Denson and brother-in-law James Larry Anderson.
She leaves to cherish her memories, five children Theron (Ebony) Denson, Nikiya (Max) David, Shavez (Chanin) Mincey, Dexttre Mincey and Christy (Whitney) Skillion all of Claxton, GA; seven sisters Muriel Mills, Carolyn Denson, Dorothy (Leamon) Byrd, Priscilla Denson Anderson, Erma (Tommy) Burney, Deborah (James) Harris and Valencia (Willie) Williams all of Claxton, GA; two brothers Fred Denson and Daryl Denson of Claxton, GA; sixteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren that she loved and cherished dearly. Her family meant the world to her. A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A special friend Orlando Short.
